Cervical Cancer Patient’s Tumor Disappeared After One Month of Medication

February 28, 2026

Ms. Shan, a 51-year-old female patient with cervical cancer from Weifang City, Shandong Province, was treated at Jiaozuo Zhonghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Oncology Hospital. More than a month ago, Ms. Shan noticed slight vaginal bleeding and sought medical attention at a local hospital, where she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. The pathological report indicated cervical intraepithelial neoplasia involving the glands, with partial fragmentation and fusion of the squamous epithelium, suggesting an early stage of malignant transformation. Instead of undergoing surgery, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy locally, Ms. Shan, accompanied by her husband, came to our hospital specially on the recommendation of a friend to pursue conservative treatment with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
At the time of consultation: she had vaginal bleeding, accompanied by soreness and cold pain in the lower back, weakness in both legs, poor appetite, acceptable sleep, and a feeling of distension during urination and defecation. Her condition was diagnosed as cervical cancer (at an early stage of malignant transformation, with HPV 16 positivity).
After a detailed understanding of her condition, Director Zhang of our hospital identified the disease as “beng lou” (uterine bleeding) in TCM terms. Observing her tongue, it was pale and swollen with tooth marks on the edges, and the coating was white and greasy; her pulse was deep, slow, thin, and weak. These signs indicated spleen qi deficiency, insufficient qi and blood circulation, and blockage of the uterus by cold-dampness and blood stasis.
A treatment plan was formulated to warm and tonify the kidney yang, dispel cold and dampness, replenish qi and nourish blood, and strengthen the body’s root. A total of 30 doses of herbal medicine were prescribed. The treatment plan included an empirical formula for cervical tumors (adjusted according to her symptoms) combined with Hua’ai Xiaoliu Powder (Anti-Cancer Tumor-Eliminating Powder), while simultaneously undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy locally. This integrated approach aimed to effectively control disease progression, regulate the body’s yin-yang imbalance, improve the internal environment, and enhance immunity, thereby controlling tumor growth, relieving symptoms, and improving quality of life.
After taking 20 doses of the herbal medicine, all of the above symptoms had already improved.

After completing 30 doses of Chinese herbal medicine, along with 10 cycles of chemotherapy and 33 sessions of radiotherapy locally, Ms. Shan reported that the soreness and cold pain in her lower back had disappeared, vaginal bleeding had stopped, weakness in her legs had resolved, and the distension during urination and defecation was gone. Her bowel and bladder functions returned to normal. Recent examination results showed that the tumor had disappeared.
