Grade I: high differentiation (welldifferentiated), good differentiation and low malignant degree;
Grade II: moderately differentiated (moderatelydifferentiated), moderately differentiated, moderately malignant.

Grade Ⅲ: low differentiation (poorlydiffferentiated), poor differentiation and high malignant degree.

two。. What factors should be considered in tumor staging?

The staging of tumor refers to the growth range and spreading degree of malignant tumor. The larger the size of the tumor, the wider the growth range and the wider the degree of spread, the worse the prognosis of the patients. The following factors need to be considered in the staging of the tumor: the size of the primary tumor, the depth of invasion, the extent of invasion, the involvement of adjacent organs, local and distant lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and so on.
