Standardized treatment of ovarian cancer is very important to the prognosis. Early stage ovarian cancer emphasizes comprehensive staging surgery, which can retain reproductive function for young patients with fertility requirements, tumors limited to one ovary and stage I patients of any grade. For patients with incomplete staging of the first operation, re-staging surgery should be performed before the start of chemotherapy. The surgical and pathological stages were I An and I B, and the patients with high differentiation did not need chemotherapy, while those with moderate differentiation could be observed or treated with chemotherapy. All patients with IC stage, poor differentiation, clear cell carcinoma, carcinosarcoma and other histopathological types with poor prognosis should receive chemotherapy for 3-6 courses.
