Malignant lymphoma is a malignant tumor that originates in lymph nodes and lymphatic tissues of other organs. It is one of the malignant diseases of the hematopoietic system. It is divided into two categories: Hodgkin's lymphoma and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Lymphomas account for approximately half of the newly diagnosed hematological malignancies each year. Infection with Epstein-Barr virus, chromosomal abnormalities, long-term use of immunosuppressants, AIDS, autoimmune diseases, long-term exposure to toxic substances such as benzene, herbicides, asbestos, arsenic, and exposure to radiation and chemotherapy can all induce malignant lymphoma. Most Hodgkin lymphomas are curable, whereas the overall prognosis for non-Hodgkin lymphomas is relatively poor.
1. Western medicine diagnosis
1. Hodgkin's lymphoma. Most of them first appear in the lymph nodes and expand sequentially along the lymphatic vessels. They are divided into four types: lymphocyte-predominant type, common in young people, mostly in the early stage, and the prognosis is good; nodular sclerosis type, followed by prognosis; mixed cell type (A common type in my country), more late stage, worse prognosis; lymphocyte depleted type, more common in older patients, more late stage, more systemic symptoms, worst prognosis. The clinical manifestation is superficial lymphadenopathy, and about 1/3 of the patients have systemic symptoms of fever, night sweats or weight loss.
2. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Lymphomas are divided into low-grade, intermediate-grade and high-grade lymphomas. The disease not only invades the lymph nodes, but also often invades extralymphatic tissues. The tumor often occurs in a single center, and there is a phenomenon of skipping metastasis.
2. TCM diagnosis
Evil poison stagnates heat, cold phlegm coagulates, stagnation of Qi and blood stasis, deficiency of both Qi and blood.
3. Zhang Zhonghai's traditional Chinese medicine prescription
20g ginseng, 20g Chuanbei, 30g raw oyster, 20g seaweed, 20g kelp, 15g cat's claw, 15g geranium, 15g Huangling, 15g forsythia, 15g dandelion, 15g honeysuckle. Decoction in water, 1 dose per day, divided into morning and evening, 20 days as a course of treatment.
4. Pingyangmycin Hydrochloride
8mg pingyangmycin hydrochloride, 1 vial per day, add 4ml of normal saline, intramuscular injection, or 8mg of pingyangmycin hydrochloride, 1 vial per day, add 250ml of normal saline, intravenous infusion, continuous use for 20 days (20 vials) is 1 vial course of treatment.
5. Treatment experience
Under normal circumstances, the above-mentioned traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions are combined with Pingyangmycin hydrochloride to treat lymphoma, and most of the swollen lymph nodes will disappear within 20 days. Although many new tumor drugs have entered clinical application, pingyangmycin hydrochloride has not yet been eliminated.
