On the afternoon of May 30, 2023, Li Weidong, secretary of the party group of the Wuzhi County Medical Security Bureau, and his team investigated the medical security work of Jiaozuo Zhonghai Cancer Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Dean Zhang Maomao of Jiaozuo Zhonghai Cancer Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine reported the development of the hospital in recent years, the measures and achievements the hospital has taken in implementing the medical insurance policy and maintaining the rational use of medical insurance funds, and the problems faced by the hospital in the process of implementing the medical insurance policy and suggestions. The hospital conducted detailed exchanges with the leaders of the County Medical Insurance Bureau on how to make good use of medical insurance funds, prepayment of the total amount of medical insurance funds, bed-based daily payment, cost control, and reform of DIP payment methods.
The research team affirmed the medical insurance work of the hospital, and pointed out that Jiaozuo TCM Cancer Hospital, as a secondary hospital featuring TCM tumors, has formulated a TCM green treatment plan for tumor patients, providing new hope. Medical insurance work is a livelihood project that benefits the people, and it is also a systematic project that needs to be jointly promoted. The county medical security bureau will actively support the work of hospitals and guide hospitals to standardize and rationalize the use of medical insurance funds. At the same time, hospitals should continue to do a good job in the internal control of medical insurance, further standardize medical insurance behavior, and ensure the safe and stable operation of medical insurance funds to the greatest extent.
